Before · three weeks out
Most exhibitors are printing brochures. Yours is being prepared.
The best stalls start work weeks before iPHEX. We set up Fairshift before you reach Bharat Mandapam. We teach the assistant your products and files. We also prepare follow-up email to help it reach the buyers who flew in.
Three weeks of work. All of it before you arrive in New Delhi.
Email warmup
We start preparing your follow-up email weeks in advance.
Gmail, Outlook, and other providers may distrust a new sender. We send a few emails from your address for several weeks. This builds a healthy email history before show day.
So Amara reads your dossier twenty minutes after the show ends. Not never.
Knowledge ingestion
We teach the assistant your product range.
We load every product dossier, WHO-GMP and CoPP status, registration support, MOQ and lead time into the assistant. By show day it answers almost any commercial or regulatory question, in the buyer's language.
So no buyer walks past because nobody is free to answer them.
Persona briefing
The assistant learns how your team explains things.
We hold two short calls with your export lead. By show day, the assistant uses your team's words. It also knows when to call a senior manager or rule expert.
So the assistant sounds like one of your people, not a generic AI.
Language packs loaded
We tune it for the buyers you will see.
You tell us which markets you expect. We make the assistant fluent in those languages, in their natural accent, not robot-translated English. Commercial and regulatory vocabulary preserved.
So buyers stop walking away because nobody speaks their language.
Hardware delivered to Bharat Mandapam
We bring everything to your stall.
Kiosk and staff tablet delivered to your stall a few days before. Branded with your logo. Domestic shipping, no customs. Plugged in by us during booth setup.
So you walk in Monday morning and there is nothing left to do.
Booth team trained
Thirty minutes of training. Three days of leverage.
Your team learns how to bring a buyer to the assistant and use the staff tablet. It also learns when to step into a serious sales or rule talk. Training takes one video call and one setup walk-through.
So when the show opens your team already knows what to do.
Setup begins 17 August 2026. Three weeks before the doors open. Tell us your stall number before then.
Each step depends on the one before it. Email warmup alone needs three weeks. Booking on 31 August means a compromised setup, not a faster one.
