Can I buy just one capability or do I have to buy them all?

You can start with one. Most customers turn on three within their first month. Capabilities share the same agent, same memory, same admin — adding one is a config change, not a contract.

Do the layers cost extra?

No. The interaction and conversion layers are how the product is shaped, not how it's priced. One platform fee covers both. Pricing is volume-based, not feature-gated.

What does my dashboard look like if I'm on the Hospitality package?

Same platform underneath, plus vertical surfaces on top where the deployment depth justifies them. Hospitality customers see hotel-specific modules (bookings, folio, housekeeping, F&B).
