Deployment shapes

Five real shapes, no real names.

Each vignette below describes a deployment we actually run — sector, region, channel mix, outcome shape. The customer stays anonymous; the platform speaks.

HospitalityEurope

A hotel group's front-desk concierge.

Voice + WhatsApp + Web chat. Six languages live. Guests message in their language; the agent replies in the same language. Returning guests are recognized across stays.

ManufacturingLATAM

An exporter's WhatsApp-first sales pipeline.

Distributor enquiries, quote requests, and order tracking all run through WhatsApp. The sequenced follow-ups stop the moment a customer replies. The pipeline updates without anyone touching a CRM.

AgribusinessAsia

A producer's field-and-HQ stack.

Field teams submit weight tickets in their local language from a mobile app. The HQ dashboard reads them in English. The same Fairshift platform powers the conversational layer, the operations app, and the audit trail.

Expo & eventsMENA

A capture device for a 3-day event window.

Badge scans, business cards, voice notes captured at a booth. Each lead enters the pipeline before the visitor leaves the floor. Follow-ups go out in the visitor's language within minutes.

KioskEmailVoice
RetailMulti-region

An in-store kiosk that actually sells.

A physical kiosk in flagship locations. Walk-up customers ask anything; the agent answers in their language with full memory of every prior interaction. Sessions feed the same pipeline as web chat and voice.

The discipline

Why customer names aren't on this page.

Our customers don't run on Fairshift to be on a logo wall. They run on Fairshift because the platform does its job — quietly, in their customers' language, on every channel. Naming them would make the marketing site louder; it wouldn't make the platform better.

If you want a real reference call before you sign, we'll arrange one privately during your evaluation. The right proof is one peer in your industry, on a call, not a logo on a homepage.

01

Privacy by default

Customer activity stays private. We don't publish names, screenshots, or volumes without explicit written permission.

02

Reference calls on request

Qualified evaluations get a private intro to a peer-industry customer who will speak candidly about what works and what doesn't.

03

Anonymous outcomes

We share aggregated metrics — channels live, languages spoken, latency, uptime — across the customer base, never per-customer.

Sectors served

Where Fairshift runs today.

Sectors are configured, not vertical-locked. The same platform answers a hotel concierge question and a manufacturing distributor enquiry — the difference is set-up, not architecture.
