Why we’re building Fairshift.

We started Fairshift because the customer-facing side of every business we worked with was held together with tape. A voice tool here, a chat tool there, a separate WhatsApp inbox, a CRM nobody updated, a sequencing app the founder installed and forgot. The customer felt the seams. The team felt the seams. The numbers showed up in churn and missed bookings.

Most AI tools today address one of those seams. A better chat widget, a better outbound mailer, a better voice agent. But the seam was never the chat or the call. The seam was that none of them remembered the customer. None of them spoke the same language as the others. The agent that answered on Tuesday could not pick up where the agent on Saturday left off, even when it was the same business.

Fairshift is one platform underneath all of that. Voice, web chat, WhatsApp, email, social, kiosk, expo, mobile. Same agent. Same memory. Same answer in 90+ languages. The customer does not see the seams because there are no seams.

We’re building this from customer revenue, not a long runway. That keeps the work honest. Every feature has to earn its place against what real operators are paying for. The product is judged by the customer’s customer.

Most platforms are wide and shallow. We go deep where the customer needs us to. Operations apps, custom workspaces, domain logic. Without losing the platform shape.

Honest defaults

We don't ship vapor on the marketing site. What is listed is what runs. What is coming is labeled as such. We publish what we have, not what we hope.

Fairshift is one platform underneath all of that. Today we run hospitality concierges, expo capture teams, multi-facility operations, B2B sales pipelines. Tomorrow we run more of them, deeper. The platform shape stays the same; the verticals get specific.
