The web widget loads asynchronously, applies your tenant configuration, and registers itself for the page. Mode, theme, position, and behavior are set in the dashboard, not in the snippet.

For SPAs the same script handles route changes automatically. For native apps we ship platform SDKs (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter).

Kiosk hardware

A self-contained kiosk. Power, internet, floor space.

Portrait display, on-device camera and mic, discreet speaker. Site requirements are minimal. We ship a 5G fallback for sites with intermittent connectivity.

32 to 43 inch portrait, 1080p or 4K, anti-glare. 10-point touch optional.
Audio
Studio-grade microphone plus directional speaker. Echo cancellation tuned for lobby environments.
Camera
1080p front camera with privacy shutter. Used for visual perception (avatar eye contact). No recording by default.
Compute
Mini PC with avatar rendering on dedicated GPU. Failover to remote rendering if local GPU is unavailable.
Connectivity
Wired ethernet preferred. 5G fallback shipped for intermittent sites.
Footprint
Floor-standing or wall-mounted. Approx 400mm x 600mm for floor units. Single outlet.
Install
Local partner handles delivery, install, calibration, on-site training in covered markets.
