Setup begins 5 May 2026

Before · three weeks out

Most exhibitors are printing flyers. Yours is being prepared.

The best booths start work weeks before THAIFEX. We set up Fairshift before you arrive. We teach the kiosk your products. We also prepare follow-up email to help it reach each buyer.
Day -21Day -1
Email warmup
We start sending small amounts of mail from your sender address so by show day the buyer's email server trusts you. Without this, half your follow-ups land in spam.
Fairshift
Day -21Day -14
Knowledge ingestion
We load your products into the kiosk. It can then answer most buyer questions in the buyer's language.
Fairshift
Day -18Day -10
Persona briefing
Two short calls with your sales lead. The kiosk learns your brand voice and the buyers you expect at the booth.
Fairshift + your team
Day -14Day -7
Language packs loaded
Thai, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, French. Switched mid-conversation, in their natural accent.
Fairshift
Day -12Day -3
Hardware shipped to Bangkok
Kiosk and staff tablet sent to IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. Branded. Customs cleared. Plugged in by us during booth setup.
Fairshift logistics
Day -7Day -1
Booth team trained
Your sales team learns how to bring a buyer to the kiosk, use the staff tablet, and take over.

Six things we do for your booth

Six weeks of work. All of it before you arrive in Bangkok.

01 · Day -21 → Day -1

Email warmup

Owned by Fairshift

We start preparing your follow-up email weeks in advance.

Gmail and Outlook may distrust a new sender. We send a few emails for several weeks. This builds a healthy email history before show day.

So Mei reads your email twenty minutes after the show ends. Not never.

02 · Day -21 → Day -14

Knowledge ingestion

Owned by Fairshift

We teach the kiosk your products.

We load every product you sell into the kiosk. Grades, certifications, prices, the differences between them. By show day it answers almost any buyer question, in their own language.

So no buyer walks past because nobody is free to answer them.

03 · Day -18 → Day -10

Persona briefing

Owned by Fairshift + your team

The kiosk learns how your team sells.

Two short calls with your sales lead. By show day the kiosk speaks like a member of your team, and it knows when to call a human over.

So the kiosk sounds like one of your people, not a generic AI.

04 · Day -14 → Day -7

Language packs loaded

Owned by Fairshift

We tune it for the buyers you will see.

You tell us which countries you expect. We make the kiosk fluent in those languages, in their natural accent, not robot-translated English.

So buyers stop walking away because nobody speaks their language.

05 · Day -12 → Day -3

Hardware shipped to Bangkok

Owned by Fairshift logistics

We bring everything to your stand.

Kiosk and staff tablet shipped to your booth a week before. Branded with your logo. Customs cleared. Plugged in by us during booth setup.

So you walk in Tuesday morning and there is nothing left to do.

06 · Day -7 → Day -1

Booth team trained

Owned by Your team

Thirty minutes of training. Five days of leverage.

Your reps learn how to introduce a buyer to the kiosk, how to use the staff tablet, and when to step in. One video call before the show, one walkthrough at setup.

So when the show opens your team already knows what to do.

What gets prepared, in 90 seconds

The Capture device, briefed once. Working all five days.

The Capture device sits on your booth counter. Your rep talks to it after a buyer conversation, holds up the business card, and the AI does the rest. Watch what that actually looks like.

The deadline that matters

Setup begins 5 May 2026. Three weeks before the doors open. Tell us your booth number before then.

Each step depends on the one before it. Email warmup alone needs three weeks. Booking on 20 May means a compromised setup, not a faster one.
