The work that turns conversations into deals

After · 30 days post-show

The show ends Friday. Most exhibitors lose their leads by Monday. Yours keep working.

When hundreds of booth conversations turn into hundreds of emails sent on Saturday, half land in spam. We do the unglamorous work to improve follow-up deliverability, in the buyer’s language, for thirty days.
Five touches over thirty days

Every lead from your booth gets the same five-touch follow-up. In their language. From you.

Short, warm, patient. No daily blasts. The right touches at the right time, until the buyer either replies or quietly drops off.

Day 1 · Email
Thank you, in their language

A short thank-you arrives that evening. It uses the buyer's language and the name of the person they met.

Day 3 · Email
The catalogue, properly attached

Product sheet, prices, certifications. PDF in their language. References to the exact items they asked about at the booth.

Day 7 · Email or WhatsApp
A gentle nudge

If they have not replied yet, a soft check-in. Same language, same warmth, no pressure.

Day 14 · Calendar invite
An offer to meet

If they engaged at all, a calendar invite for a fifteen-minute call with the right person from your team.

Day 30 · Email
Last touch

One last warm note. By this point either you have a deal, or the buyer is not buying this season. Either way you know where you stand.

The thing nobody tells you about post-show email

A new email address sending 200 messages in one day looks exactly like spam.

Gmail and Outlook filter unfamiliar senders sending a sudden flood of mail straight to spam. That is why most exhibitors get no replies after a show.

The fix is to start three weeks early.

  • 01

    Set up the sender address

We register a sender address under your own domain. So when the buyer sees the email, it is from you.

  • 02

    Start small, three weeks early

We send small amounts of mail from that address from the day you sign up. Slowly ramping, every week.

  • 03

Build the trust before the show

We gradually prepare the sender address and monitor deliverability. Inbox placement cannot be guaranteed.

  • 04

    Send the real follow-ups

When you have hundreds of leads to email, the sender handles the volume because it has been ramping for weeks.

Why follow-up has to be in their language

Mei replies in Mandarin twenty minutes later. Because the email she received was, too.

A buyer is much more likely to reply when the email is in their first language. Written by a human, not machine-translated.

So the deal that closes in August is the conversation you had on day three.

Where the deal actually came from

The deal that closes in August. Was a Tuesday afternoon at your booth.

When Mei’s order goes through, you see which booth conversation it started from. So the next show is even better.
