The work that turns conversations into orders

After · 30 days post-show

The show ends Thursday. Most exhibitors lose their leads by Monday. Yours keep working.

Sending hundreds of new emails at once can send many to spam. We prepare the sender and watch email health. Follow-up runs in the buyer's language for 30 days. Each message can include the right product sheet.

Five touches over thirty days

Every lead from your booth gets the same five-touch follow-up. In their language. From you.

Short, commercial, patient. No daily blasts. The right touches at the right time, until the buyer either replies or quietly drops off.

Day 1
Thank you, with variety sheet
Email

A short thank-you arrives that evening in the buyer's language. It includes the product types, sizes, and quality papers they asked for.

Day 3
Comparable references
Email

Anonymized case studies of similar buyers and retail programmes. Same language. References to the volumes and markets they raised.

Day 7
A gentle nudge
Email or WhatsApp

If they have not replied yet, a soft check-in. Same language, no pressure. Mention the season window narrowing for Q1 shipment.

Day 14
Sample or meeting invitation
Calendar invite

If they engaged at all, an invite for a video call with your commercial lead or a sample shipment.

Day 30
Last touch
Email

One last warm note. By this point either you have a real seasonal programme in motion, or the buyer is not buying this season.

The thing nobody tells you about post-show email

A new email address sending 200 messages in one day looks exactly like spam.

Gmail, Outlook and European providers filter unfamiliar senders sending a sudden flood of mail straight to spam. That is why most exhibitors get no replies after a show.

The fix is to start three weeks early.

01

Set up the sender address

We register a sender address under your own domain. So when the buyer sees the email, it is from you.

02

Start small, three weeks early

We send small amounts of mail from that address from the day you sign up. Slowly ramping, every week.

03

Build the trust before the show

By show day, Gmail, Outlook and the European providers see your sender as legitimate. Follow-ups land in the inbox, not in spam.

04

Send the real follow-ups

When you have hundreds of leads to email, the sender handles the volume because it has been ramping for weeks.

Why follow-up has to be in their language

Lucía replies in Spanish twenty minutes later. Because the email she received was, too.

Estimada Lucía, Gracias por acercarse a nuestro stand hoy. La ficha de variedades y calibres que pidieron está adjunta. GlobalG.A.P. y Organic en regla, MOQ un palé, plazo de entrega 4 semanas...

Where the deal actually came from

The order that closes in December. Was a Tuesday afternoon at your booth.

When Lucía's purchase order goes through, you see which booth conversation it started from. So the next show is even better.
