Before · three weeks out
Most exhibitors are printing brochures. Yours is being prepared.
The best booths start work weeks before CPHI Milan. We set up Fairshift before you reach Fiera Milano. We teach the assistant your products and files. We also prepare follow-up email to help it reach each buyer.
Three weeks of work. All of it before you arrive in Milan.
Email warmup
We start preparing your follow-up email weeks in advance.
Gmail, Outlook, and other providers may distrust a new sender. We send a few emails from your address for several weeks. This builds a healthy email history before show day.
So Giulia reads your specification twenty minutes after the show ends. Not never.
Knowledge ingestion
We teach the assistant your molecules.
We load every product specification, COA, DMF and CEP status, pharmacopoeial compliance, MOQ and lead time into the assistant. By show day it answers almost any technical or regulatory question, in the buyer's language.
So no buyer walks past because nobody is free to answer them.
Persona briefing
The assistant learns how your team explains things.
We hold two short calls with your sales lead. By show day, the assistant uses your team's words. It also knows when to call a senior scientist or rule expert.
So the assistant sounds like one of your people, not a generic AI.
Language packs loaded
We tune it for the buyers you will see.
You tell us which regions you expect. We make the assistant fluent in those languages, in their natural accent, not robot-translated English. Technical and regulatory vocabulary preserved.
So buyers stop walking away because nobody speaks their language.
Hardware shipped to Fiera Milano
We bring everything to your stand.
Kiosk and staff tablet shipped to your booth a week before. Branded with your logo. Customs cleared into the EU. Plugged in by us during booth setup.
So you walk in Tuesday morning and there is nothing left to do.
Booth team trained
Thirty minutes of training. Three days of leverage.
Your team learns how to bring a buyer to the assistant and use the staff tablet. It also learns when to step into a serious product or rule talk. Training takes one video call and one setup walk-through.
So when the show opens your team already knows what to do.
Setup begins 15 September 2026. Three weeks before the doors open. Tell us your booth number before then.
Each step depends on the one before it. Email warmup alone needs three weeks. Booking on 29 September means a compromised setup, not a faster one.
