Fairshift has acquired Tensra Technologies and Sriven Marketing. The full teams of both companies will now join Fairshift.
The acquisitions give Fairshift more ways to find the right buyers and reach them with clear messages. They also help Fairshift support each sale from the first contact.
A stronger Fairshift
Tensra adds skills in brand work, websites, apps, online stores, content, and automation. Sriven adds hands-on strength in buyer targeting and trade-show campaigns. Its team also brings experience in sales material and direct outreach.
Together, the teams will help Fairshift do more of the work around an export sale. Fairshift can study a market and choose the right buyers. It can then build the campaign, support sales talks, and keep the deal moving.
What customers can expect
During the change, Tensra Technologies and Sriven Marketing will keep operating with the same care, speed, and skill. Customer work will continue as usual. The aim is to make that work even better.
The new structure will protect what already works. It will connect both teams more closely with Fairshift and create more room for better results and growth.
Fairshift remains at the centre
Fairshift remains the company, product, and operating system at the centre of this work. Monsoon remains Fairshift's trade intelligence engine. Both teams will strengthen how Fairshift finds buyers, reaches them, and moves work toward an order.
Financial terms, ownership details, individual appointments, reporting lines, and the internal integration plan will not be disclosed.
