After the conversation: what a Fairshift kiosk actually does with a lead

A talking kiosk is only worth the floor space if the conversation turns into pipeline. The value is not the chat. It is the record, the score and the sequence that follow it.

The impressive part of a kiosk is the live conversation. The valuable part is everything that happens in the hours after the visitor walks away.

Record: structured, not a card in a pocket

Every kiosk conversation becomes a structured record: who the visitor is, what they asked, what they need, in your own fields. Not a scanned badge you decode later, and not a memory you hope survives the flight home.

Score: so the best leads are obvious

You set what a good lead means. Fairshift scores each record against that rule. By the end of the day, the best leads stand apart from polite booth chats. No one must sort a pile of cards.

Sequence: same-day, in language, on rails

Follow-up starts while the show is still open. Monsoon writes in the visitor's language and uses your quote format. The email comes from an address built up over time. Fairshift watches email health but cannot promise inbox delivery. Messages keep going while the buyer decides.

Attribution: which chat became which order

The kiosk, inbox, and sales list share one system. A booth talk stays linked to its quote and any order it creates. You can see which show floor talk helped pay for the booth.
